1. Definitions
- Platform: the digital environment available at www.sourcelyhub.com, operated by SourcelyHub.
- User: any individual or company using the platform to offer or search for products and services.
- Supplier: a user profile intended for publishing and managing products or services.
- Buyer: a user profile designed to search, analyze, and contact suppliers.
- Account: an individual, non-transferable credential that enables use of the platform's features.
2. Registration and Account
To use the platform’s features, the user must create an account and provide true, complete, and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed through their account.
SourcelyHub may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, incomplete, or improperly used information.
3. Platform Features
SourcelyHub is a global B2B market intelligence and sourcing platform offering the following features:
- Registration and management of products and services;
- Advanced supplier and category search tools;
- Direct messaging and quotation requests (RFQs);
- Personalized dashboards for buyers and suppliers;
- Free and paid plans with different levels of access and functionality.
4. User Obligations
- Use the platform ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable laws;
- Not publish offensive, discriminatory, illegal, misleading, or infringing content;
- Respect the intellectual property of SourcelyHub and other users;
- Refrain from spam, fraud, or reverse engineering practices;
- Comply with any commercial commitments made between parties outside the platform.
5. Responsibilities and Limitations
SourcelyHub operates as a technological intermediary that connects buyers and suppliers, without directly participating in negotiations between the parties. Therefore, it is not responsible for:
- The quality, delivery, accuracy, or compliance of advertised products and services;
- Commercial conditions, payments, or deadlines negotiated between users;
- Losses resulting from temporary unavailability or maintenance of the system;
- Incorrect or outdated information provided by third parties.
The platform is provided “as is,” and may include scheduled interruptions or technical adjustments without prior notice.
6. Plans, Payments, and Subscriptions
Certain features are available only under paid plans. The terms, prices, and benefits of each plan are described on the Plans and Subscriptions page.
SourcelyHub reserves the right to change pricing and commercial conditions with reasonable prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content — including brand, logo, design, layout, source code, and text — is the exclusive property of Pixel8 Desenvolvimento e Consultoria or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.
8. Suspension and Termination
SourcelyHub may suspend or cancel user accounts that violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes. Such action may occur without prior notice, particularly in cases involving security risks, data integrity issues, or misuse.
9. Amendments to the Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. The most recent version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are chosen as the competent venue to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, with the express waiver of any other jurisdiction, no matter how privileged.
